Shipping policy

Updated since April 15, 2024: The "Cancel order" and "Order modification" policies do not apply to orders placed before April 15, 2024.

  • Changing Order Information

If you made a mistake with your shipping information or purchase, email us at support@onsheer.com within 24 hours. Please check your order confirmation email to verify all details.

  • Tracking Number

All orders ship from our warehouse in Asia. Processing takes 2-5 business days, longer during holidays and sales. Once ready, we’ll email your tracking number. Contact us if you don’t receive it within 5 days of payment. Delays may occur due to incorrect payment or address information.

  • Checking Your Package

After shipping, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number in the USPS tracking system or visit: https://www.17track.net/en

  • Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase date + 2-5 business days (processing) + shipping time (chart below):

  • United States: 6-20 working days (usually 6-14)
  • Canada, United Kingdom: 15-40 working days
  • The rest of the world: Not yet available but we will update soon

You can receive your order on or before the Estimated Delivery Date. There's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average.

  • Risk-Free Shipping

If your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, we’ll refund you 100%. For missing orders, contact us at support@onsheer.com. We’ll investigate (3-5 business days) and send a replacement if needed.

  • Customs and Taxes

Prices are tax-free in US Dollars. You may need to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order, determined by local customs. These are your responsibility and not covered by us. We’re not responsible for customs delays. Contact your local customs office for more details.

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer

Ensure your address is correct. We cannot guarantee changes due to strict shipping schedules. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the buyer. If the package arrives in your country and is refused or delivery fails after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) without a refund.
