1. What countries do you ship to?

2. What is your return/exchange policy?
  • We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases: the product is damaged during shipping or by the manufacturer; the product is incomplete; the product is incorrect compared to the order.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

  • United States: 6-20 working days (usually 6-14)
  • Canada, United Kingdom: 15-40 working days
  • The rest of the world: Not yet available but we will update soon

6. How do I cancel/modify an order?

  • If you made a mistake with your shipping information or purchase, email us at support@onsheer.com within 24 hours
  • Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After that, your order will be automatically sent to the warehouse to pack and ship out. A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation

7. How can I track my order?

  • After shipping, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number in the USPS tracking system or visit: https://www.17track.net/en

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

  • We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us if the item is damaged, defective, or in the wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of the order. Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
